The CMS helps provides access to Department Content Managers (DCMs) / Content contributors who are also owners of their information. Content required to be contributed by designated DCMs is content as approved for public domain dissemination. The policy ensures that content is organised in a consistent manner and in compliance with NIC guidelines

Following this policy, we provide a role based Content Management system. This CMS helps the website team in giving role specific access to Department Content Managers (DCMs) / Content contributors who are also owners of their information. Content required to be contributed by designated DCMs that form part of the public domain information. The policy ensures that content is organised in a consistent fashion and to maintain uniformity and to bring in standardization and compliance with NIC guidelines.
The Content Review Policy ensures that owners of information maintain the correctness of their content elements on the website. The DCMs are assigned the responsibility for periodically reviewing the content of the website in respect of their respective domains and keep the information up to date.
Content Archival Mechanism is in place to ensure that non-current/outdated information is not displayed on the NSE website and moved to archive, wherever possible.
The Resources Section of the website provides information on the Archived/Historical Data on NSE website. Archived Data is available with search option to search data between two given dates.
