Test Market Facility
With an objective to support the product development activities, Test market facility is provided by the exchange to the members for testing their software. "Software" means electronic systems or applications used by stock brokers / trading members for connecting to the Stock Exchanges and for the purposes of trading and real-time risk management, including software used for Internet Based Trading (IBT), Direct Market Access (DMA), Securities Trading using Wireless Technology (STWT), Smart Order Routing (SOR), Algorithmic Trading (AT), etc.
Based on the request, members / vendors are allotted user ids which can be used in test markets for testing.
Simulated Market Facility
Simulated Environment provides any new system releases taking place post successful mocks of major changes / version releases and its subsequent roll out in Live Environment.
The Exchange replicates such changes in Simulated Environment in less than 2 weeks’ time.
