Types of Connectivity
NSE uses TCP/IP protocol based Wide Area Network facilitating high bandwidth, expansion and scalability.
To provide access to members spread over a wide geographical area, Exchange has appointed SIFY Technologies Limited as Telecom Network Integrator (TNI) for ownership, management and implementation for providing end to end telecom network connectivity (Last mile connectivity for members) through POP network under both conventional wired last mile connectivity and wireless last mile connectivity options.
Note: The point of presence (‘POP’) infrastructure is completely owned and managed by the TNI “SIFY Technologies Limited”. (Refer circular NSE/MSD/61119 dated March 13, 2024 for more details)
