The 2-day, 3-module bootcamp tackles the three challenges and focuses on Leveraging Data, AI and Analytics for Continuous Risk Management.
Module-01
This module is about Leveraging Data and Analytics for Continuous Risk Management. Participants review new data analytics trends and capabilities, understand risk data and analytics uses/applications and potential value in continuous risk management. They learn the key challenges in leveraging data and analytics assets and capabilities. The participants will also apply practices for effective ownership of risk management data and applied analytics (processes, frameworks, tools).
Module-02
In Optimising Risk Management with AI participants learn how to use AI to identify fraud, track and manage your organization’s reputation, predict financial concerns, and mitigate a variety of risks.
Module-03
Managing Data for AI in ERM constitutes the third module in which participants learn about the tools needed to assess, combine, manage, visualize, and present data in an effective manner.

Understand 6 C's of Trusted Data Review how to assess and improve data completeness, cleanliness, currentness, and consistency Learn how to identify, evaluate external data sources to enhance internal data Apply hands-on exercises to acquire and mashup data from multiple sources, enrich and enhance it, and visualize and analyse it Understand how to work with Data Scientists
