About Arbitration
Introduction
Arbitration is a quasi-judicial process for settlement of disputes between Trading Member, Investor, Clearing Member, Authorised Person, Listed Company etc. Arbitration is a quicker process to resolve disputes arising between the parties. In case one of the parties to the dispute is not satisfied with the complaint resolution process provided by the exchange then the concerned party may avail the arbitration mechanism provided by the exchange.

Exchange provides for Arbitration Mechanism for settlement of disputes between Trading Members, Investor, Clearing Member, Authorised Person etc. The said mechanism is as per the broad framework prescribed by SEBI. Exchange maintains the panel of arbitrators for adjudicating the matters across 24 Regional Arbitration Centres. The list of Regional Arbitration Centres is available at https://www.nseindia.com/invest/about-arbitration.
