NSE Foundation looks to supplement agricultural income by providing vocational skill training and self-employment opportunities to rural elderly men and women in agriculture-allied sectors. NSE Foundation provided skill training to the elderly in trades such as apiculture and supported them in setting up their own production units. Along with this, market linkages were established to help them sell their products at a reasonable price.
